Have seen that patrol base do a similar thing made by Specna arms, does this just fit onto a standard RIS rail ??

 
You take the RIS rail completely off with the 2 rear screws and front one. This leaves a dove tail mount on the gun.

You have to slide it off/ on from the front I believe
