Has anybody been to a stirling airsoft milsim event??

hello guys I am planning my first milsim event with Stirling airsoft in march and I am already fretting over what I should take and what to expect? for example what should I take to cook on bcb crusader?? or something more substantial? do I have to carry everything for the day or will we set up a patrol base where provisions can be left to return during play? this is my first milsim even and really want it to go right!! any advise or experiences would be great thanks Joe.
