Right people iwh gen2/3 nvgs

What ir flashlight do u use 850. 940??

Is it true that gen 2/3 can not see  light over 940nm?

Cheers in advance

850nm is the standard wavelength for IR devices.

Photonis ITTs (all gen 2) can see past 940nm.  Up to around 1100nm iirc which allows Photonis tubes to have some niche applications that gen 3 is unable to fill.
