Banned because actually, Douglass Adams intended that to be the biting problem. The answer to life, the universe and everything IS 42. It's just that the question to which the answer is 42, happens to be "what do you get when you multiply six by nine", the idea being that actually, the meaning of life, the universe and everything is utterly pointless and unobtainable...Or that's what I've figured from my much loving of the worlds greatest saga.
