G&G Xtreme 45 Leaking

Hi. My 5 month old G&G Xtreme 45 started leaking CO2 in the last few weeks, and I’m unsure why. The magazine is fine, the problem is in the guns internals. The valve that takes in the CO2 from the Magazine may have a problem, with letting CO2 escape behind it to where there is a rubber bucking, which doesn’t seem to be doing the job well 

Does anyone know how I could fix this?

PS: Would it work to fill the area where the rubber bucking is, with some kind of substance to stop the escaping CO2?
