G&G mp5 a4 shoots left

brass tube is cylinder

port is the slotted hole in the brassy looking tubey thingymajig aka cylinder

Take it to a shop/tech.

Without wanting to be rude you sound like you don't know enough to not screw it up completely.

But to be honest it's either a bent barrel or the hop/rubber/barrel are misaligned.

Yea pistols are easy but thus is a challenge but I want to learn so I won't mess with it just try to understand what is wrong and how to fix it and btw sitting duck love the explanation haha worked though

Sitting duck I think I finally understand, there isn't any ports on the side of the cylinder how easy is it to strip to check for hidden ports

the guy talks a lot of sense

I have broke plenty and only have a tiny scrape of wisdom

a pro should be able to diagnose and fix it quickly and a quick service probably

breaking cheapo guns is ok - bolloxing a decent G&G is a tragic shame you don't wanna do

Never sent for a service before whats a good company? But yea no visible ports atleast I learnt something today

NO - DO NOT STRIP IT FFS

see if you can rotate that cylinder around and you MIGHT see a hole or port appear

I am NOT saying fix it - but it is one thing to check and rule out

if we can rule out the port and see the hole half way aprox

then it ain't that so MUST be a hop/barrel/nozzle related problem

most of this is common sense process of elimination

but trust me it so so very easy to steam in and f*ck with stuff that you don't need to

or often you can't see the wood for the trees

So very much can go wrong and the slightest thing sends the gun fire all over the place and very pi$$ poorly

heck I'm an expert to getting guns firing like that - very badly sometimes

diagnose or maybe investigate but perhaps like Lozart said take it to a pro to do the final fixing

google up where you are or quite possible a local site will have a techy guy

or at very least know some techy guy who knows a thing or two

Not really I mean I've put different bb's through it since I've had it with no difference really

could be a knackered hop rubber ... with out see'ing it hard to diagnose tbh

See the copper coloured part of the gearbox? That is the cylinder and the dark patch in the middle is the port.

Whoops, missed the subsequent posts.
