Evolution Airsoft

Evolution Airsoft, a relatively new airsoft manufacturer from Italy. Their offerings, even at the lower price points are very tempting. Obviously it won't have the longevity as higher priced guns and im aure the shimming, lubrication and air sealing isnt exactly going to be top notch but overall they do seem very solid.

Does anyone have experience with their offerings?

I'm currently eyeing up the GHOST XS EMR CARBONTECH ETS II, as well as the Evolution Airsoft Ghost EMR Carbontech ETS II.

Internals are identical. The main difference seems to be the inner barrel length with a difference of circa 100mm. Would this make much of a difference to range and accuracy? If so, how much? 5metres? More? Less?

What would you pick?

I realise your post is over two years old, but I thought I'd reply anyway. I got this Evolution Airsoft gun almost four years ago and the photos were taken a month ago, so from a longevity point of view these do last and this one is still throwing .25s way down the range at Section8. I have not had a single issue with this, where as friends have bought other more expensive items and had so many issues with them, this is still rock solid, no bits falling off, no need for internal upgrades or repairs. Did you ever buy the Evolution Airsoft Ghost EMR Carbontech ETS II ?

Evolution Airsoft does not manufacture anything, much like Specna or Dboys. In fact all their guns come from the same factory as the two aforementioned, internals are the exact same and the only difference is the colour of plastic parts (nozzle, tappet plate, piston head, delayer chip and so on)..

With that being said, solid guns for the price, they just need the usual optimization jobs (reshim, new nozzle, new piston head o-ring, new hop rubber) to have decent performance at low overall price.
