Evolution Airsoft Ghost XS/EMR

So the 2 guns listed below are identical with the exception of the length. My two questions are as follows.

1. If the only difference is the barrel length why is the XS, the shorter gun, 40 pounds more expensive?

2. What difference does an additional 100mm inner barrel length make in terms of range and accuracy?

Other than tacticoolness? The extra materials used will (let's pretend) be an additional cost. 

As to the longer barrel improving range and accuracy....that's a physics question I'm not qualified for but if you have a good look around here you you are likely to find a couple of threads that answer this question
