Hello chaps,
I think I just avoided making a mistake as the G9 pro can still be sent back, but it seems it is not compatible with the Earmor m32's. It seems that the headset is low impedance while the Midland G9 is high impedance. Shame as the G9 pro is otherwise excellent.
But my question - and I did a bit of searching on the internet and here first and found this thread:
I have also just emailed the UK branch of Earmor too see what they say, but can anyone please confirm if the Earmor's will just work fine with a good old Baofeng UV5R (as long as I have the Earmor Kenwood PTT)? Or is there hope/a workaround with the Midland G9 Pro? I read on a Reddit thread that if you change the mic to a non dynamic one then it works...
Thanks very much in advance.
