Hello mate,
I had a great experience with them early this year. I ordered a warhead black motor from E6 for a custom build- nearly 6 months later the tech I sent it too said it was the wrong one and I needed a short shaft instead. I thought I would be pushing my luck even thinking about asking for an exchange, but thought I would try so I emailed the bloke at E6 - he emailed back in an hour, no problem - send old one back and I will send the short one.
Can't ask for any better than that.
