i don't suppose anybody has got any idea what sort of body armor he's wearing, leg and elbow pieces i've already got, helmet is gonna be a B**** to find. and i think my MP7 is large enough.

No like anything I've seen, it was probably made for the film.

The closest I can think of is the transformers 3 vest and its not very similar

Looking at it, it just seems to be a black body suit with shaped foam inserts, so pretty easy to knock up yourself.

not the excat one i was looking for but it reminds me of this style of motocross armour i seen one a few years ago that had the individual chest plates
