Modded this last night for my bro as its performance had dropped off over 2 years and he got a new primary. So what to do with his old CYMA? DMR of course!
Cyma cm.619 Fatboy
New Piston head orings (turned out performance drop off was due to ineffective piston seals), madbull steel bull 363mm barrel, maple leaf decepticons yellow bucking, asg m125 spring, acog (might change for a 3-9x40 scope), bipod on the way. Trimmed selector plate to lock it to semi.
8.4v nimh no MOSFET.
Hop is mostly off in the chrono test on 0.20g. Going to set the hop on a less windy day for heavier bbs and see if the spring needs tweaking or drop in the old barrel to counter any joule creep.
Then going to field it and decide if it wants a MOSFET and 11.1v lipo.

Apologies for the awful quality, but my camera is terribad. The rail system is terrible for mounting scopes, so I'm going to try and do it with both the rails AND scope mount. Also the stubby mags don't feed properly and it only fires at about 1.3J. I'm going to give it to a local tech to sort out, because I've had it up to here with my DMR converted m14 not doing what I want it to and I'm not opening that gearbox again xD
The OD m14 is a TM m14 with full Guarder reinforced internals in the gearbox, with an SP120 spring and an ASG high torque motor. On the externals, it's an ASG universal bipod and a Guarder rail system.
The faux wood m14 is a cyma m14 with stock internals.
Both have a prometheus 6.03mm barrel with r-hop patch from Umbrella Armory. I massively went off r-hops since the one in my VSR is just outperformed by Maple Leaf rubbers, but the Umbrella Armory ones in my AEGs are fantastic and I highly recommend them.

Still a work in progress. The base is a VFC SCAR H AEG. The rail and stock adapter are my own design, as are the magazines, selector blank and a barrel spacer, all 3d printed. I'm currently waiting for the first test prints to come back for the adapter and magazine. It also needed a new mainspring stop design to run the wires into the stock.
I still need to get a folding stock adapter, stock, grip and scope mount to finish off the externals. Internally it is still stock until I have the money to upgrade it. I have a BTC Chimera that will be getting installed or I might get a warfet for it. It's going to get a for SHS gearbox upgrade, airsoft pro hop up and r hopped ZCI stainless steel inner barrel.
