Looking at buying a RIF second hand, reported as skirmished twice. Pics dont seem to show any defects. Does that sound about right price wise? Seller says he will also throw in some old Brit webbing & smock for 100

Gun is £220 brand new, assuming mags are the battleaxe ones at £11 new (£120.89), at 65% cost of new then it's around the mark at £221 so - Overall not bad, depends if shipping is included etc.

It's not terrible. Is your playing style one where you would make use of close to 11 mid-cap mags?

Super5ives appears to have a couple in stock if you want peace of mind and only need another mid-cap with the high-cap supplied.
