Custom upper and lower

Hi guys, I’m planning to import a custom ESD upper and lower from Taiwan. Ofc it’ll have to go through customs, I wanted to ask if I can legally import this without a valid UKARA, if I’m correct I believe a UKARA is only for full guns, and parts are fine to buy without a UKARA.

yeah, u don't need ukara for this. They are big parts, but still just parts.

Ye I thought so, what would the customs process look like tho? As I’ve heard horror stories of people being asked for a ukara or they can’t get the package.

You're not importing a rif so you don't need to supply a ukara. Avoid using UPS though

Will do, hopefully I don’t run into any issues would hate for it to be destroyed when it’s a custom receiver set

I've just imported a receiver set from proact myself, didn't get asked for anything other than to pay import fees. You'll be fine, just be aware it's currently Chinese new years so things might be a little slower

If shipping by UPS you will be asked to provide UKARA or similar information for the importation of RIF parts.
