Cold War Airsoft Promo

I Started to watch the video but that newsreader made me lose interest 20 seconds in, just felt like a cold war milsim will involve you making us queue up for 8 hours for a loaf of bread, & then sell me some knockoff levis ?

But Tackle, it IS a Cold War milsim.....

Well not quite a MilSim, a FilmSim.  No, in the glorious socialist Republic of the DDR, every citizen need queue no longer than 2 hours!    :)

Have you got any idea how hard East German newsreader footage was to find without something in the background!!  Ironically, this one was from them announcing Chernobyl accident!

Personally, I'll be making the Para's a more visible force.

Al though I did hear the warpac did make a mess of them early doors.

 
Man, I really had to concentrate hard to understand what the news reader was saying - and German is my native language ? (although I am getting worse and worse with it after 22 years in the UK).

I had plenty of these Cold War games in the late 1980s while serving in the Bundeswehr as a Panzer Grenadier. So if someone wants to go as a Bundeswehr solidier and needs tips on what to wear (plain olive green with a green baret ) or what gun to use (HK G3) then please DM me.

But IMHO it is the most boring BDU you can think of. The only item we liked was the green baret.

You need not feel so bad, the newsreader was overdubbed with my screechy awful German.
