I like the A-tacs camos a lot, functional and look very cool too. I'm also quite a big fan of the kryptek stuff, specifically Mandrake. The swedish one is quite cool, M90 or something?

MTP/MC are ok, but everyone wears it these days so a bit bored of it now, same with DPM only more so, it's cheap so it has its benefits but its like the obvious choice. Not a huge fan of Digital camo patterns though the AOR 1 & 2 are quite nice- not sure on marpat, cadpat and any other pats. I do however have a weird like for Pencott.

I voted DPM for what I prefer, mostly because it's quite standard, cheap and easy to get.

I also voted DPM for what I use, as it is what I use most of the time.

If I'm at urban, I just wear jeans, a grey or black t-shirt and a black vest with pouches.

I love Marpat for some reason, Don't mind US woodland either. Starting to warm to MTP.

I didnt see the what do you use bit (maybe you edited it in after i posted Adam?)

I use a mixture of things, black, tan, od, dpm, mtp, I've finally got some 'propper' a-tacs fg so that'll be my primary for the time being, at least until I get some crye gen 3 style trouser in either atfg or kryptek mandrake.

I prefer DPM. Cheap, cheerful, and it works at most woodland sites.

As for what I use... literally anything and everything. At the moment black under-armour shirt, olive-plate carrier and dark non-camo trousers. Depending on the whether, DPM-tropics trousers may be substituted for the non-camo trousers, and jacket (black and olive-drab) may be added.

I've found 1991-era US 3-tone desert camo works quite well in woodland.

I'd like to get some of that Kryptek Mandrake stuff - but at £99.99 for a set of trousers, I think I'll be waiting for a while.

What make is that? Hopefully propper will start making some, theirs arent normally priced too badly. Ur-tactical are launching a kryptek range too, some of theirs may also be cheaper.

I prefer DPM, however I like OD as well because it works with loads of patterns- M84, Tigerstripe, MTP, ACU, Marpat, Cadpat, even the rare WAR2K2 stuff you don't see much.

nice pic to show my 'preferred' and now 'used' camo patterns.

about £150 of trousers in this pic

Olive and DPM, it's a nice mix.

Depends were im playing and season.

Thick woodland: Temperate Marpat

Light Woodland: Multicam

Indoor/Urban: UCP

Autumn time: Desert Marpat

Like M_P, I really like A-TACs, even in it is a bit pointless here in the UK (unless you play in quarries)? MARPAT is also really cool, seen a few milsimmers on the tubes wearing full woodland MARPAT and it looked feckin' awesome.

Personally, I use Multicam since I really like DEA FAST Operator's loadouts. I don't aim to replicate their loadout completely, just a big fan of the colour scheme, even if it isn't as practical as DMP (at least where I play)!

for UK woodland, DPM or the often overlooked Flecktarn are the best choices.

ATACS and FG are awesome looking 'flages - I have both just for general wear about (although I do get away with wearing it at work, Perks of teh job I guess ;) )

Multicam and MTP do work well.

In afghan hills.

NOT UK woodland. sure, sometimes the sun is in the right spot on a patch of grass and you blend in, but for the most part you tend to get the good ol' snowman effect

The new camo patterns from Kryptek (Mandrake in my picture) are awesome, can't wait to see them - or not - in woodland on sunday + the added ULTRAGUCCI factor of only being available for sale at 1 UK retailer (no prizes for guessing who that is) and only at £100 upwards per garment.

The FG version is pretty good for woodland, if I did more CQB and urban I'd get the AU too, but it's a lot of money just to sit there :D

Hate to burst your bubble, but there's at least one other UK retailer with some Kryptek

Initially I hated MTP, but I actually like the look of it now. Much less practical in British woodland environments than DPM in my opinion, but looks much more fancy. :P

I think the fanciness has started to wear off somewhat now though, I mean multicam has been around for almost 10 years now- granted its popularity has increased mainly in the last five but still.
It's still pretty cool but what it used to be- to me atleast :D

I think MTP does actually work pretty well most of the time, even in areas you wouldn't expect it to. The biggest drawback of it, is that, as others have stated above, everyone wears it these days. Which means everyone looks for it, which lowers its effectiveness and massively increases the effectiveness of everything else lol.

I have to say that Flecktarn is by far and away the best camo for UK woodland, especially around Yorkshire. My mate Andy has an invisibility cloak under his Flecktarn, I swear to god. As soon as you get separated, you won't see him again until the end of the game. Russian Digital Flora is similarly amazing for heavy bracken type environments.

But despite all that I've just said, I'll give you one guess what my vote was for both polls lol.
