Buying From Hong Kong

I have recently heard that buying from HK works out a lot cheaper than the UK. It would not be for guns but for parts and accessories. So if this is true please would you be able to tell me some decent sites.

ive ordered stuff from hong kong before and it just dosnt arrive and its trouble getting money back :/ and importing guns + vat & customs charges works out near enough the same
