Broken p226 mag please help

I have a WE p226 and on one of my mags 1 of the 2 tabs that hold the first bb at the top has cracked. Someone said to me that you can buy a new top half for the mag but I can't seem to find any.

Can someone please link me to one, thanks

Do you mean the magazine lip? Its the part that sticks out of the top of the magazine and contains the first BB and where the nozzle picks up the BB. If so then this might be what you are looking for http://www.milspecsolutions.co.uk/we-p226-p228-magazine-feed-lips.html

Glad I could help. Its a common break point hence why they sell them separately.

I've broken the same mag twice in three months in the same way breaking the same part

On the bright side, I'm getting good at changing out feed lips

Reenforced feed lips are available. I've not had one break on me yet but I can't find much else about other people's experiences with the aftermarket ones. High possibility of being snake oil.
