Blasting For Cerakote?

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get a GHK upper and lower receiver blasted prior to engraving and Cerakoting?

Is it the type of thing a local blasting place can do, or is it a more delicate and specialized job?

Cheers for any useful advice.
