best spring for exactly 450 fps

just need to know what spring would be best for exactly 450 fps or a little below as my fps limit is 450 it will be installed with a tightbore

M130s are rated at about 430fps and M140s are rated around 460...

I'd say M130 + the tight bore ought to up it to around 450, getting it exact will be next to impossible though.
