Figured I'm gonna go all in, trouble is I've no idea what I get on with. So would rather find me a walk in store where I can try a bunch of stuff, and walk out a fair few quid lighter.

Any suggestions?

Are you looking for a bricks and mortar shop? Or online shop? Where abouts in the country are you for the first?

I'd suggest renting until you make some buddies. Then they'll happily let you try out their pews. You'll get way more range at a store of course but you'll also get the sales pitch which to a noobie is designed to rob you of your cash with little regard to what you actually prefer.

By all means try out in a store but buy online it's cheaper.

Your best bet is to find any local shop, have a look and try of a couple of guns, and then go away and look at some websites. We can advise you if the website your looking at is reputable.

Take a look in the Places to buy thread and see some of the recommended shops in there, we have a couple of shop owners with us on the forum, so they can possibly help you too!
