Beesting Airsoft - beestingairsoft.com

Well, I don't like being this negative, but after ignoring me for 25 days on facebook and email, my window to build, setup and tune a HPA gun has passed, infuriated a little because SeniorSpaz87 brought me the few polarstar components from the US which were not available affordable here (selector plates/valve).

I hope to revisit in the future. With barrels and extra bottles and other parts, I would have spent easily £900. I think I'll buy a DG compatible GBBR in the meantime (february).

EDIT: Bought an expensive G910 illuminated keyboard for those late night study sessions instead.
Same, Beesting still owes me a couple of quid for sending me an aluminium bottle instead of the carbon fibre one i ordered, also the order missed several items fortunately things i can do without but i still paid for them.

Allegedly i was meant to get them this week but i dont see that happening, tell you what the Grange is starting to seem like a better alternative.

Originally Beesting was ran by only two people and currently the main person is off for personal reason so now only one person is running the entire business. To my knowledge they’ve just got a new person on board to cover while the other guy is off so hopefully business as usual will resume.

The guys who run Beesting have full time day job as well as having to run Beesting which is another reason I think service is lacking. I’m by no means defending Beesting, the current guy running it I can’t stand him I think he’s an arrogant little pr**k but they’re a good business when running 100%. They’ll sort themselves out soon with some luck and if they don’t then they’ll only have themselves to blame for customers going elsewhere.

Well my UFA from Redline arrived yesterday and it fits the Dye Proto Tank perfectly yay.

However Beesting still owe me several items that didn't arrive with the initial order and haven't refunded me the difference between tanks, i ordered a carbon fibre tank but they were out of those so they offered an aluminium one instead which i took just to get me started.

Whatever hope i had for that company i have lost, The Grange will be my port of call for anything HPA related from now on, I just messaged Beesting via Facebook (i have kept it soley to facebook messenger so that the messages can be audited) asking about the missing stuff but wont hold my breath.

It makes a lot more sense to know it's not a full time operation - like many brick airsoft retailers, nevertheless, they could return communication if only to state they've received the message.

Well after having messaged them on Facebook they have sent the missing items and refunded the difference for the tanks

Ah, you have to pay for service, that makes sense. :)

Has anyone had contact with them recently? Iv tried ringing and they don't answer and just says their mail box is full so can't leave message. Website says their email server is down for maintenance and FB iv Pm'd but no reply. Thankfully iv only spent £37 on a wide bore line. Will never buy from again.

I did get a reply as to why they've been sketchy: Their staff have full time jobs.

I had issues with them about a month ago, phone line down, lack of email, only way is via facebook and thats if they get back to you.

Whilst i understand some companies to have a lack of staff or staff shortage problem but this only runs for a short while as an excuse and frankly they have been using the same excuse for over 4 months now.

It got to the point that after i got my P* Fusion Engine from them and did my set up that when i wanted to get my P* JACK i knew i just could not trust them so went over and bought from The Grange who guess what supplied what i wanted, all of it in a timely manner.

Wont be buying from Beesting again.

Apologies on bumping this thread, but didn't want to open a new one. Has anyone had any more recent contact with Beesting? I used them a lot last year, but I ordered this week and have had no emails or anything confirming the order, or it's status.

I messaged the owner on FB and had no joy, just PD'm the actual page to see if I get a response.

Don't quote me on this, but rumour on the street is there having cash flow issues as the original backer wanted his £££ back or something

I hope that it's wrong as they where brilliant when I have ordered from them in the past

i teied pming the fb group for some help. no reply.

ordered a fitting and was here a few days later but only knew as dps had notified me. beeestings didnt send me any info

I spoke to them today, advised me something was incorrect on my order in terms of what I wanted to build (reg and converted to use mancraft with some other QD fittings on rifles) They helped me choose the correct parts and got my order out today :)

Placed an order with them Sunday, now Thurs PM and heard nothing back to them after enquiring about my order both by email and on FB.

If you look at their page it's all bad reviews recently.

Beginning to worry they have actually just taking my money and I'm never going to see it again.

Very bad service which is just sad considering how well rated it seems these guys used to be.

They don't even reply to you with some bullshit excuse and just appear to just be straight up ignoring everyone, which is the most annoying thing.

I did not pay with PayPal specifically because I thought they were supposed to be reputable and there was no risk. Guess not. I've learnt my lesson there...

To add insult to injury...Patrol Base get more stock literally like the day after (where I was gonna get one, but had to renew UKARA etc which took me the one extra week then the very day I go to buy it last one's been reserved, at which point I went outside and ordered from Beesting cos I thought I'll get it by Tuesday, look where that's got me )

Sorry don't want to necro post but having read this thread my current situation is an echo of the above experiences.

I ordered last week and paid next day delivery. Not heard/seen a thing except for order confirmation

Since then I have:

-tried two of their email address (one of which is no longer active)

-Emailed both of Dannys profiles on FB as the beesting fb page appears to have been closed.

Such a shame there are so few reputable hpa sellers in the UK :(  (the grange screwed me last time hence my purchase from BS)

Anyone know how I can get hold of them before I click the paypal dispute button?

Just do the dispute. That way they're forced into a response and you'll be able to solve your issue a lot faster.

Good point thanks Proff. Just done it.

Lets hope no one else will Bee Stung.... (sorry couldn't resist it)

For HPA equipment your better off using Powair6 in France or skirmshop in Holland.  There is also High Pressure Airsoft in the UK which have begun recently and are looking good for equipment as they are now the UK supplier of Amped Airsoft.
