My wolverine was having trouble firing on semi auto last time it was used. full auto was fine. Its been a couple of weeks since and iv now taken the battery out to find it swollen up, and not very 'rectangular'. Im sure it was fine when put into the rifle, and has always been charged up on a proper lipo balance charger so i dont see how it could have been overcharged to expand. Any ideas or suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Think you just answered you own question: Sounds like a faulty LiPo for whatever reason. Check your connectors too and ensure there're no frayed wires or anything that might have shorted something or caused it to discharge for no reason, because that could be a reason for it getting damaged.

You may well have just been super unlucky and got a duff battery though, so replace and return the old one. Not enough power getting to the FCU is certainly a reason enough for the engine to have troubles.
