Asg combat master hammer catching

So this started as an intermittent issue, it now seems to be happening every few shots.

The pistol fires, the slide goes back and then it gets caught on the hammer, which I'm guessing isn't locking back for some reason. Anyone know why?

Have a look at the hammer and make sure it hasn't cracked . I've known 1 or 2  where the hammer has snapped off. Yours may be damaged and thet might be snagging the slide.
