Any experiences with this brand? Have they put out decent out of the box stuff that you've tried? Or are they a cheap manufacturer that makes good "shells" but need upgrading straight away? Or any other feedback?

When my AA L85 was working Semi used to lock up constantly, auto was OK and got It going again but wasn't much use if you had to switch to semi lol. It has since broke and after reading about it I didn't fancy spending cash to fix it as it was typical Chinese performance tbh and not really worth it. The externals are still solid, all metal body with plastic hand guard etc it's heavy and could easily knock someone out with it

i brought the l85 quite a few years ago now, maybe they have changed since then?  but i didnt even get through a mag before the teeth on the piston decided to break, body is pretty decent though..
