A friend has bought an Ares honey badger and has upgraded the hop unit barrel and bucking and was working fine then changed the spring to a m110 but has lost around 50fps so after changing the spring back has lost even more any ideas the gun still shoots fine any insight into what it could be ?

Check your gun for air leaks when shooting, as stated above its most likely the air seal. Please report back
