Ak's and accuracy?

I have an AK that I want to make as accurate as possible as its long and heavy I've decided to try and get it to be as accurate and reliable as I can. My only other AEG I've ever used is my Honey badger which I've tuned for speed and semi-auto response and accuracy was never a massive interest to me as its only been used in CQB. I have almost no idea what would make a good pairing for my gun so wanted to reach out to you to see if you had any experience in this.

I was thinking of getting the AK Pro-win as the hop unit are they as good as people say or should I look elsewhere?

Also what soft type buckings should I be looking at to get the accuracy I want.
