I hope this may help somewhat.
This is a quick sketch I did to help me when I made my spacer ( my apologies for the quality ).
The outside diameter should be just enough to be inside the piston guides and outside the metal insert on the piston. Feel free to stick to the rest of the dimensions as they worked for me.
