16mm CW barrel extension?

Im looking to purchase a barrel extension for my MK23 project. I'm looking to fit a 370mm crazy jet barrel in one and have an outer barrel extension.

I'm aware I can use a 16-14mm adaptor then use an M4 outer barrel, but I want to keep using the MK suppressor. 

The Kriss Vector uses a 16mm thread but I'm stuck. 

I'm looking for something like this.

Oper8 4" CW barrel extension. 

I'm unsure if this is 16mm or 14mm and can't see any dimensions.

In all investigations I’ve never found an off the shelf 16mm CW barrel extension. I’m sure LCS could make you one though
