i am wondering if there is a way that i am able to get a black gun as i have seen videos in 2011 with people that are under 18 using black guns at airsoft sites.

is this at all possible?

Unless you are legitimately gifted it by a UKARA holder who has not received any service or payment for it, no.

The only way you'll get one is if one of your parents/guardains gets UKARA or you find a really nice UKARA holder who will gift you one.
