Our of the box the FPS are ridiculously low on mine (235 average on 0.25 and abbey predator red). Also the internals worries me. I.e. fire selector is nylon as I can tell and the firing mode position is held by a sharp end of a spring jumping into indents of the selector. This will wear sooner...

yes, I ended up cutting it out of PU - if feels similar to G39 stock buffer so hope it will work.  Also I made it bit higher to match the length of recoil spring end  cap as I have heard that because stock buffer is shorter if can cause recoil spring end cap to crack.

Ordered some rubber (65 hardness) and PU (60 hardness) was thinking about silicone pads (50 hardness) but worried that it would be too soft). Will update on results :)

My little creation. Since I couldn't find the metal G&P rail kit I improvised to make M11a1 as useful as possible still maintaining slim shape (that is why there are no side rails). Used it last weekend and it was cracking fun.  It is bit of a ugly duckling and won't be everyone's taste...
