    Flat Hopping

Hop being applied to one side of a BB is a common problem, it's probably one of the usual culprits causing your problem, nub catching one side of the hop window or something like that. Otherwise, check your hop arm is fine and the barrel isn't twisted in the hop assembly (if it's twisted...

Gas Tanaka Sic 93 (lookalike M93R) FIRING ON IT'S OWN!?!

Sounds like you have a bad case of a trigger happy poultergeist... In all seriousness. I think it may be either your outlet valve on the mag, or your firing pin is jammed forwards. Can you try another mag? If you push an empty mag into the gun, is there any resistance just before it locks...

Market research in relation to education: Drones in Airsoft?

Drones would certainly be cool. Any drone worth having would be expensive enough to keep away from most wallet warriors anyway, so you'd probably see them used by site operators (like mortar tubes are generally) I DoD actually see an episode of The Gadget Show where an airsoft GBB pistol was...

is abbey gas a good gas to use

Yes. It's a good gas. Arguably better than most airsoft green gas. One major benefit is that it doesn't use silicone oil as lubricant, which settles in the bottles/mags over time leaving the top of the magazine drier. In place, Abbey use UPL, which supposedly behaves the same in use but remains...

    Most intense/thrilling moment?

Nice and simple one: Me and a few mates were in a game where each team had to try and hold three objective buildings each team had one close to their spawn and there was one in the middle. My group decided to Sprint straight to the one closest to the enemy spawn, avoiding the middle one. We...

Mounting a Red Dot on a WE P226

Yes. But I don't know of any adaptor, so you'd need to make your own. You can remove the rear sight by loosening two screws in the slide and replace it with an adaptor with a little 20mm rail on top, but you'd probably have to design the adaptor and get it made on shapeways or something

    Most intense/thrilling moment?

Rushed a corridor at Anzio that was full of enemy players. After I was laced up and down for my stupidity I waited my 3 minutes for bleedout, sure that I wasn't going to get a medic. Then a fairly new enemy player put his hand on my shoulder and started counting. (hadn't seen the colour of my...

    Quick Questions & Simple Answers.

Just use some electricians tape. Not too tight as to press the switch, but tight enough that the pad won't move. Never had any issues after many skirmishes

    Morale Patch

Maybe it's time for another Wikipedia adventure. Start on barrack Obama's page and see how many clicks it takes to get to Apple pie, and see what you find along the way!

    Morale Patch

No! I will not have anything derogatory said about Wikipedia, it is a seriously robust scientific repository of information crucial to the smooth operation of every day life. If it were bad, why would 99% of students use it to find material to reference in their dissertations?

    Battle belt advice?

When I'm keeping my weight down, I lose my Osprey pc and use just the Osprey battle belt (both army surplus). Belt has pistol holster, 2 pistol mags, BFG in a pouch with a reel lanyard to hold the pin, and a dump pouch. Any m4 mags go in pockets

    AEG or Gas?

Not quite as easy to do that with a GHK, as all the valves are in the top of the mag (so they dint get full of mud and sticks and worms when you're rolling around like a pro), you could try tapping the caps in the bottom of the mag but it would be a recipe for disaster I think. At least that's...

    AEG or Gas?

Yes. This. My we pistol is built like a tank, but were yet to see how my brothers scar handles a few skirmishes.

    AEG or Gas?

I think he meant no, it's not a good idea. Manufacturers might make crap AEGs but awesome GBBRs. Plus GHK don't make any AEGs but make fantastic GBBRs. If you already have an AEG Go for the gbb. If not, I think it's always worth having an AEG as a backup, as they seem to me to be a little more...

    AEG or Gas?

I love GBB, and prefer it over AEG. The main downside is the limited ammo, so you can't switch to full auto and hose down an area when a target is at the limit of your range. Other than that, they're just bloody good fun

    TAG innovation adaptation.

It comes down to the one in a million chance of this high energy projectile hitting somewhere fragile. Like your face. It might be an accident, it if someone takes a direct hit to the face at less than 10m, will it break their eye pro? Could it bust a nose open? Could someone be about to hose...

    TAG innovation adaptation.

I think it may have something to do with someone in an office being concerned that one of these pyros could go off when they hit someone in the face. To be honest, I'm surprised any site can get these covered for use in the UK. Which is a shame because the idea of using a grenade launcher in...

Need help with picking a gbbr

The m4 has a recoil buffer, so the recoil is slower. The g5 has a bit of rubber to send the bolt back. I can't speak for the GHK m4, but comparing my g5 to my mates 416 (not exactly the same, I know) makes my g5 look like a hammer and his look like a pneumatic ram. Sure one *might be a bit...

    Well l96 magazine

I dunno then. Are your feed lips cracked or splayed? They might be a touch too wide

    Well l96 magazine

I think the right feed lip is actually a slightly different shape. Possibly on the inside of the lip
