With the larger screws I resorted to driving 2 smaller sacrificial keys into the rounded hole, helping them with gentle (not) hammering.

Ive had some luck in the past extracting screws that have been rounded by regular alan keys by using a proper ground-tip hex driver to grip the bottom section of the hole.
