I'm a surveyor (sorry, there's no correct term for this job in English, translator says "quantity surveyor").
I'm basically a bit less than an engineer/architect and our office is really small. We basically do whatever the 2 categories mentioned are too dumb to do like topographic surveys and cadastrial stuff
so no need for serious IT..
