Hi @Coldy

I was only asking because that seems to be just the case.

We had a member send us a message stating that you declined to give an actual address to collect from, instead repeatedly insisting to do the deal in a shady Tesco car park. You also refused to give over any contact details to the interested person.

I think if you've not managed to shift that gun in the God knows how many months you've been advertising it...  there's probably a few good reasons:

•It's priced too high, even with all the upgrades

•No one wants that exact pistol with those exact upgrades

•No one wants to jump through your hoops to meet in a car park to collect an overpriced and unappealing gun.

So you just took their word for it? I didn't decline to give an address at all. Visitors have to be escorted around the base, hence meeting at tescos. You've decided its shady, there's nothing shady about it. Its tescos, its full of old dears doing their weekly shop. If the buyer had really wanted to come onto camp there's no problem but they were more than happy to meet at tescos, they threw their rattle out the pram when they refused to pay as had already been agreed. Just because you've been told a story you've decided to be judge judy and executioner. I can advertise it for as long as I want for the price I want. I'm not fussed if it sells or not. mwah x

Your advert still exists, does it not?

So we've not taken any action as you can see.

This is why I asked the question on your advert. It could be worth clarifying the situation on your advert.

But yes, you're free to advertise your gun for however much you like. I look forward to seeing it pop up every subsequent month for the next few years ?

Coz you'll still be a forum moderator lmfao

If you're doing down that route it's against standing orders for every military base in the country to have an Airsoft gun in your accommodation and it should be signed into the armoury when not in use.  I presume any potential buyers will be taken to the armoury with the OOD/OO/Whatever to conduct the sale/ handover in person?

Who does a sale in a Tesco car park? the buyer cant exactly take it out and check it knowing that car parks are routinely monitored by CCTV ?

Thanks for weighing in @jcheeseright  :)

I might buy it off him... It'd be cool to have a guided tour of an Armoury! ?
