Afraid to say I agree bud . 

Is this the banner itself or the placement?

For me it’s the stark black on white and the font used appears a bit blurry that I find distracting not the placement per say .

@proffrink What @Druid799 said. Are sites now being advertised on rotation or is this a deal with SWAS? happy to switch to PM's if needs be.

I'll do an announcement outlining all of this today, but the leaderboard in the header only has one advertiser. The footer rotates through 3. The header leaderboard is markedly more expensive to account for this and is really intended to announce new businesses or sales.
