    I was none bands , felt a touch one sided in our favour I thought. Did you get to try the new sniper tower? And complete disaster ? hop up/something  fail on the px, couldn't lift anything beyond 10 Mtrs, and the sa80 a3 fuse or mosfet failed!!! Luckily had the 416d as backup!!!! Need to get onto dca. New safe zone was cool.

    I was non bands too. How bizarre lol. And I mostly played the objective too - except I didn't go near the sniper tower, so missed out on that one ?
    I was in the safe zone at the back, so just the same as usual for me lol.

    Think we won most objectives. And lol yep, especially as there where lower numbers today. I was far left in the safe zone in a little dark corner not on one of the new tables ?  hopefully we'll see some decent pics tomorrow.

    It may still happen. It seems the disinfo was disinfo'd and then disinfo'd again. I'm seeing sites local to me opening with full agreement from councils and insurance. I'm not too much further south than you either so keep those fingers crossed tightly.

    I guess as long as they can sort out 1 metre distancing between different groups in the safe zone and at the brief we should be good. Medic rule is removed to reduce contact. Will have to see how it pans out. Mostly i just want to test out my new snipey :D  !!

    Cheers mate but I've already bitten the bullet (tho still wouldn't mind a blast with your SRS), opted for a JG Bar 10 with a few choice upgrades pre installed. Let's hope this all blows over soon and Proving Grounds get a new game day up!!!

    Awesome day at proving grounds, balanced teams, good sports, awesome stuff. Warm tho! Plus my red dot lense got shattered on only its second outing, took the protector straight out!!!!

    I've only played at YTA The Pines - what was it like where you were yesterday?

    I enjoyed it, site is about 30 acres, lots of nice dense woodland, ideal sniper ground, some decent structures etc worth trying. I went yesterday because they did a battlesim, rolling game basically same as proving grounds. Normally it's standard skirmish games. Oh and decent food too!!

    Got absolutely hammered at Proving Grounds yesterday, still a good day though. Sonofsammo I do believe I saw you rocking your SRS (non bands) probably shot me a good few times!!!

    Indeed, I was there! Sorry I missed you.
    And yes, I was non bands - combat 95s, baseball cap and SRS ? (a get up which is completely invisible to the site camera!).
    The teams did seem very unbalanced for some reason - it's not normally like that.
    I was having problems with the SRS cos of my dark balls lol -- couldn't see where they were hitting, so I had fewer than ten proper kills all day with it.
    There's always next time - I love that place!

    Yeah its a great site, will be back next month. Think i managed about 5 kills lol spent most of the day just in front of spawn!! Did get caught in a few pics tho.
