To think that the UK won't be affected is hardly true. We've been affected by US trade and foreign policy for years and will continue to do so. Personally I'm looking forward to the exchange rate improving so I can buy some dollars for holiday next year!

Worth remembering that both houses in congress are controlled by the Republicans. In theory it would be easier for a Republican President to get anything through that he wants. In reality a lot of Rep senatorsa have already tried to distance themselves from him. Interesting times ahead for sure.

Lozart, they may be controlled by the republicans but most of them dont 100% agree with trump, so extreme legislation is very unlikely to ever get through

I'm only poking $hit at it all, if I didn't find it somewhat shockingly amusing that it all went against the predictions (again), I'd be crapping myself & looking out for the 4 horsemen
