I saw talk of Chris Avellone leaving Obsidian and joining Bethesda but not sure if it's true now.

Yeah I think it looks great, there are some areas that are very vibrant but it doesn't bother me. There's stuff in FO3 that is off kilter but I just ignore it as it is after all made by different devs.
