Yeah it looks like it, they are saying within 14 days of purchase for any reason. I've always liked Valve but disliked their customer service.

and provided its been played for less than 2 hours. Would have been handy when I bought the last Ghost Recon and could only crouch and aim down sights.

Yh I can think of a few instances this was in place. At least its finally here now

Possibly I guess it depends on how they vet refund requests . People are saying it's open to abuse but I think it's better than not having it.
