Sounds like the courier has signed for it before coming round, hopefully anyway.

i have no idea where it has gone ... i have emailed there customer support, but i think i should have phoned them. the delivery proof says "Left At:Residential"

If there's a job that attracts more jobsworths than courier i'd be surprised. We used to sign for deliveries at work all the time and after a while the guy put my mates name down and forged his signature rather than deliver the package.
