    I would make a few suggestions but the threads seem to have been locked. I don't believe this is a scam but to ask for £5 a month to start off just seems bad. Get some people together and form a committee, decide what you need money for and then work out how to raise it. Get a group of people who play together 1st, form a team and then decide on how to run the team as a group. You will not get a team off the ground by making up the rules and waiting for people to apply.
