How much is a loan these days? Mine was £4300 a year, which was JUST enough to survive on.

Depends on parents earnings etc, generally 3500-4000 I think

I used to get £2500 loan, and then a £2500 grant that was free, and I lived at home.

Student Finance loved me. :3

Just get a loan if the army wont, despite all the student protest bollocks you hardly actually have to pay anything back.

If you go to an army/defense etc college/ Uni what happens with the loan stuff? Can't find out on the Army websites.

Pretty sure you can get them to sponsor you in return for X years service.
