i've stopped playing battlefield all together lol, it's just not as good as it actually is supposed to be.

BFBC2 absolutely epic game, I have something like 260 hours on bf3 as well :0 Getting a PS4 soon and was gonna get BF4 but hope it isn't too buggy and I've heard the net code is fixed but a lot of people say it isn't

It's pretty much fixed on PC. Don't know about for you dirty console peasants though

Only took them about a year! It's a shame we can't just have another BC2 as that was pretty good out of the box.

You know - it annoys the crap out of me when people complain about how broken BF4 is/was yet they seem to forget incredibly quickly just how buggy BF3 was on release and how long it took to be properly fixed!

I've never owned a battlefield game.....Well unless you count battlefield 1942 for PC which I got from a charity shop and it didn't even work....

BF3 still isn't properly fixed to be honest. Tried to group up after BF4 launched and it still didn't work. Using a website as the front end is a terrible idea.

In BF3 we couldn't join a squad together and in 4 it would autobalance on most servers and move you. although haven't tried platoons.

To avoid autobalance in BF4 you need to be friends on Origin and preferably in the same platoon. In most cases (depending on the server settings of course) if you join a friends game you might not be paired immediately but the autobalance will try and squad you up together once the next full game starts.
