However, if someone develops symptoms of suffering from being a c*nt, it's not their job making them have these symptoms, its more the confidence and power percieved by such c*nts that make them grow a set instead of being to scared to demonstrate how much of a c*nt they are! :P

    If you do watch Attack on Titan, I would highly recommend watching the SUBBED version. The dub is actually really well done, but the voice actor for the lead makes him into a little whiney bitch instead of a kid with serious anger issues, plus the dub is only up to episode 13, while the subbed goes up to about 25.

    Log Horizon is supposed to be very good too (haven't seen it myself, but I intend to as soon as I finish Sword Art Online- which I need to start. Now seems like a good tim...

    The AK benefits from a divine level of Russian practicality. If you need to hit stuff, use whichever part of the gun you're not holding onto - no need for a swish front end! (But as far as I know, there aren't any in production)

    today was a shyte day at the gym; didn't each much for lunch because i felt full, went to the gym and was tired before i even started! That led to not being to lift much at all and i left feeling sh*t. Lesson learned; shove food down my mouth even when i don't want it.

    cardio on it's own will shed pounds, but not nearly as efficiently as a mixture of cardio and weights. Muscle burns more energy while resting than anything else does... bigger muscles, more energy used and so faster 'fat loss'. If you're serious about getting fit my advice would be to get yourself down to a gym and have a couple of sessions with a personal trainer (it's not that expensive), explain to them what you want to achieve and they'll set you up with an approp...

    I'd say don't get a personal trainer becuae they can be very costly and besides, there's mountain of advice on the internet, you need to know which ones are legit. Don't drink protein shakes, thay what i'll tell you

    The fact that you're asking if it's better to do 3 full body workouts a week or 5 isolation workouts a week pretty much tells me that you need someone who knows what they're doing (not youtube, srsly) to give you some advice. Go and see a personal trainer, most places are less than £30 an hour and you'll probably only need one session to get a decent plan put together.
