Maybe it varies at different sites. I know I've seen it as both on different websites. I'll have a look around.

I'm still working on my UKARA but it is painful when the hire guns barely shoot straight and the mags don't feed.

the rule to ukara is mistaken alot, you dont need to have a ukara to buy a black gun , you just have to be a known airsofter or prove that you play at a site ect.
