If you purchased the gun via Paypal Goods & Services, you should open a dispute and request a refund for false advertising.

If you did a bank transfer, you should get in touch with your bank ASAP and explain the situation. Some are more helpful than others in supporting chargebacks when a seller misrepresents what they sold.

I got some money back. He said he wasn’t going too but I was able to persuade him. It’s funny as it wasn’t until I put this on here he replied to me. I had to explain and break it down to him you can’t advertise something and then just take stuff off without Informing the person. He couldn’t understand that ?. He said he didn’t know it wasn’t an LCT yet I found the post who he bought it off and there it was. 

He tried the same thing on me. Claimed his scar was all upgraded then when i questioned him he called me a scammer and made a new account

He needs a ban.

@novioman I don't disagree in principle but what's to stop him returning with a third account and trying to scam again?
