Yes fogging is the main problem with airsofting.

Its all the same phenomenon of hot humid air contacting a cold surface where the moisture is deposited.

Just different levels of moisture ?

What kind of airflow does your eyepro have?

Does your breath get anywhere near the eyepro?

Do you sweat a lot even when playing in colder conditions?

I would suggest wearing less to be cooler when you play.

I wonder if using too much anti-fog might be detrimental. I'm positive that it is working as intended in my case - it  prevents fine misty fog/steam up from forming because there is an element of hydrophobia on the lense, so a film of moisture (bigger droplets) form instead.

I will try running about with less kit on - but I really really like wearing helmets for the usual reasons. I'd be loathe to give them up, especially when see other lads wearing helmets, goggles, balaclavas, and full face pro without issue or complaint. ?

It's sweat literally streaming off of your face i.e. in rivulets.  If I smear lenses in Cat Crap so thick that it stops mist build up, it still doesn't work as there is simply too much sweat sloshing across the lens.

For some of us it's Herosharks or you simply can't see.
