"Everyone" has/had one. Same with scorpion evo/high capa/glocks/AAP-01. I assume it"s very difficult to be unique nowadays.

It's probably one of those things where everyone gets one because they're cool and in vogue, then people realise that 35rd magazines that weigh a lot aren't very practical when they get outgunned by a trigger-happy rental.

Yeah gbbr is everything but practical in reality. Gun itself costs a fortune you spend a new aeg's price just on magazines if you want to keep up against mid or hi cap aeg's. Winter is troublesome for gas in general.

Goes back to the "why everyone suggests AEGs to new players" argument.

GBBs aren't for everyone, they require a very particular playstyle that, in some instances, can be hard to embrace. Plus parts and magazines are stupid expensive compared to a €7 midcap.

AEG is way 'better' and cheaper no wonder gbbr is never a good choice for a beginner. GBBR is still so limited in 2022 compared to HPA or AEG's... But it's realistic you can't deny it.

I borrowed a friends to try out at a CBQ day, it seemed a lot more intense only having only 30rds a mag and only 3 spares

was fun though, definetly changes your playstyle
