everyone is too scared to ruin a lovely gun and this would only really only work well with gbbr or gas pistols as aeg's will just break under any water or bad conditions

Tbh, I can't see anything terrible happening so long as you take the time to properly clean it out afterwards.

I'm just not prepared to have to do that. Otherwise I'd try it.

Also, since I clicked the link from an airsoft forum, when he actually fired it at the end I shit myself, 'cos I'd not been paying attention at all and thought it was an airsofting gun rofl.

I agree with what he said, guns are tools, and they should be able to take it. Airsofts are toys.

Charlie: I've seen a youtube of an AEG fired under water, apparently it did not break either.

Simon: doubt you'd get any luck with that, since gbbs usually are quite temperamental in cold weather^^
